"Gonna Fly Now," composed by Bill Conti, with lyrics by Carol Connors and Ayn Robbins, and performed by DeEtta Little and Nelson Pigford. (Although I think the song you're talking about Hot Rod is called "The Final Countdown" Europe. This song was not in Rocky.)
