The Liberty Bell, Independence Hall, Ben Franklin's grave is be done with an hour or a little more. They are in a block of each other. You can easily fit into the statue of Rocky Balboa Rocky Steps too. Shop Franklin Institute to the end. Not far from the Rockies and the things you might have time, but make sure you have at least 2 hours to get there to get the value you money.
